Metal Facade Structure
Metalpro sub-frame for the metal facade
Developing a sub-frame construction for metal facade panels starts with determining the size and shape of the facade and the environment in which the facade will be installed. Based on these factors, we design a tailor-made sub-frame construction that fits perfectly with your metal cladding.
We use high-quality materials and products to create a sturdy and long-lasting sub-frame. This includes the correct fixings, such as self-drilling screws, seals, glue, profiles and anchors, to properly secure the sub-frame and make it watertight.

Fixing the sub-frame for the metal facade
Fixing the sub-frame starts with placing the anchors and applying the seals and glue to the wall. We then fix the sub-frame to the wall using self-drilling screws, making sure that the panels fit snugly and that there are no gaps.
We cover the edges of the sub-frame with profiles to provide extra strength and create a beautiful finish. Depending on the size and shape of the facade, different types of profiles can be used, such as U-profiles and Z-profiles, etc.
